We began using S&S Billing when we were in the middle of a real struggle with getting paid. Our Organizational structure had changed and had become much more difficult to manage. In addition, we had added additional categories of providers which made our situation even more complicated.
With Stacy’s calm direction and her can do attitude along with many well directed meetings we were able to pull ourselves forward and out of the troubled land we were in.
Over time we have redirected many of our other billing and collections tasks to Stacy’s ever expanding and very capable and well managed team. Today we have successfully integrated her team into our billing and collections staff and have also moved our provider credentialing and contracting to her team.
Many times Stacy can create buy-in with our team better than I can, and she and her team are greatly appreciated.
